Komatsu Ltd. announces today that the following partial correction to the consolidated business results for first three months (April - June, 2017) of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018 (U.S. GAAP), which it disclosed on July 28, 2017. Correction before and after are underlined as follows.

After filing the consolidated business results for first three months of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018, Komatsu Ltd. discovered the following errors in the content. Komatsu Ltd. hereby corrects the errors.
